Regulations of the 'Grupa MTP' Service Platform
effective from 16 December 2025.
I. DEFINITIONS
- Any capitalised terms used in these Regulations shall have the following meaning:
- Application – an application called 'Grupa MTP app' through which MTP provides Application Services. The application may be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play digital distribution platforms for mobile devices running iOS and Android operating systems. All rights to the Application are owned by MTP.
- Ticket– a document confirming the right of the Ticket holder to participate in a selected Event. The ticket features an individual QR code that allows it to be read by scanning devices.
- Customer Service Department – MTP point providing information to Users.
- Working day – every day except Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays in Poland.
- Geolocation – application functionality available on the user's device using technologies such as GPS, mobile network or IP address. Geolocation allows for the geographical identification of the User and the provision of personalised information, advertisements and offers of services and products depending on his/her location.
- Grupa MTP – MTP and subsidiaries within the meaning of the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2023 item 120, as amended).
- Event – any cultural, sporting or other event organised by the Organiser, such as a concert, fair, exhibition, for which Tickets are listed in the Application or SKEK 2.0.
- GrupaMTP – the identity system operated by MTP, through which MTP enables the User to use the Services, available on the id.grupamtp.pl website
- Civil Code – Act of 23 April 1964, the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1071).
- Account – an individual account created by the User on the Service Platform.
- Consumer – a natural person entering into a legal transaction with MTP that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- MTP – Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań at 10 Głogowska Street, 60-734 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000202703, with the share capital of PLN 434 256 000.00.70000488. MTP has the status of a large enterprise within the meaning of Article 4, point 6 of the Act of 8 March 2013 on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions.
- Venue – the place where a given Event shall take place.
- Service fee – a fee may be added to the price of the Ticket for the User purchasing the Ticket in the ToBilet Shop via the Application. Each time the User purchases a Ticket, he or she is informed about the addition of a Service Fee (if any).
- Organiser – any natural or legal person or organisational unit organising the Event. MTP is not the Organiser of all Events available in the Application.
- Service Platform – integrated tools provided by MTP, i.e. Application, ID.GrupaMTP, SKEK 2.0., referred to individually or jointly as the Service Platform, constituting a digital service under which the Consumer is not obliged to provide any services other than providing personal data, subject to the Consumer’s services required in the scope of purchasing Tickets.
- Privacy Policy – a document describing the rules for the processing of Users' personal data by MTP in connection with the Services provided by MTP. The Privacy Policy is available in :
- Application in the 'My account' > 'Privacy policy' tab,
- GrupaMTP in the 'Privacy Policy' footer,
- SKEK 2.0 in the footer – 'Privacy Policy' tab.
- Profile – a User profile created within the Account. Each User has one Basic Profile created, and in addition, the User may create multiple Business Identities.
- Sole Trader – a natural person who enters into the agreement directly related to his/her business activity, where the content of the agreement indicates that it is not of a professional nature for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of the Sole Trader's business activity, shared on the basis of the provisions of the Central Register and Information on Business Activity;
- Regulations – these regulations, constituting a standard contract in electronic form within the meaning of Article 384 § 4 of the Civil Code. The Regulations are available:
- in the Application in the 'My account' > 'Regulations' tab,
- GrupaMTP in the 'Regulations' footer,
- SKEK 2.0 in the footer – 'Regulations' tab.
- ToBilet Shop Regulations – ToBilet Shop Regulations, available at: https://MTP/regulamin-sklepu.
- GDPR – means the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119 of 4 May 2016, page 1).
- SKEK 2.0. – a tool for distributing or generating Tickets, run by MTP. Each time, the User is provided with a dedicated link enabling the use of SKEK 2.0.
- Force Majeure – an extraordinary external event, objectively beyond the control of MTP and the User, impossible to predict and prevent with due diligence, the circumstances of which make it impossible to fulfil the obligations arising from the Regulations, in particular: fire, flood, earthquake, action of the elements and forces of nature, epidemic, acts of war, terrorism, rebellions or revolutions, acts and actions of state authorities, strikes.
- ToBilet Shop – an online service operated by MTP outside the Service Platform, including the Application, at https://MTP/, where the User purchases a Ticket via the Application.
- Business Identity – an identity created by the User relating to the User’s professional activity, containing the User’s personal data relating to that identity.
- Agreement – the legal relationship that arises between MTP and the User in the manner described in the Regulations, which is in fact an agreement for the provision of services within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2020 on the provision of services by electronic means (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, Item 1513, as amended). The subject of the Agreement is the provision of a Service by MTP.
- Service – a service provided by MTP on the Service Platform under the rules specified in the Regulations. The Services are listed in section 4 items 1-4) of the Regulations.
- User – a person using the Service Platform.
- The above terms used in the Regulations in the plural shall apply accordingly to the singular, and the terms used in the singular shall apply accordingly to the plural.
II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The Regulations define the rules for using the Service Platform, the type and scope of Services, the conditions for providing Services, the terms of concluding and terminating agreements, and complaint procedures.
- The Regulations also apply to the provision of electronic services, as referred to in Art. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2020 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1513, as amended).
- In all matters related to the Service Platform, including the Services, the User may contact MTP via e-mail to kontakt@id.grupamtp.pl, as well as by post to MTP address indicated in Section 11) of the Regulations, by telephone at 61 869 2000, or in person at MTP address indicated in Section 1.12) of the Regulations (after prior arrangement of a meeting).
- Purchasing a Ticket requires payment of the price, to which a Service Fee may be added. In addition, the payment of the Ticket price itself is subject to a fee to an external payment operator in the amount specified by that operator. In all other respects, the use of the Service Platform, including the content and functionality thereof, is free of charge.
- The User bears all costs related to the purchase of Tickets in the ToBilet Shop. The User bears the costs associated with using the Internet which is necessary for the proper functioning of the Service Platform. The cost of Internet connection corresponds to the rates of the User's network operator.
- Banners and links to websites or other online services may be published on the Service Platform. As a result of using the banners and links referred to in the preceding sentence, the User is transferred to websites or services external to the Service Platform. The entities managing these websites or services are responsible for the content posted on these websites or services, as well as for the processing of the User's personal data in connection with their use. The use of these websites or services, as well as the processing of the User's personal data in connection with their use, is not subject to the Regulations and the Privacy Policy.
- The User is obliged to use the Service Platform, including the Services, in accordance with the Regulations and in accordance with applicable law.
- When using the Service Platform, including the Services, it is prohibited to:
- share any illegal content,
- share any content that violates the provisions of generally applicable law or decency,
- use the Service Platform, as well as any data, information, materials, etc., posted on the Service Platform, for commercial purposes,
- grant licences or further licences to use the Service Platform, including the materials contained therein, to any third parties, excluding actions within the limits of generally applicable law,
- copy, change, distribute, process, transfer, including selling, allowing paid or unpaid use on any legal basis of the Service Platform as a whole or any of its elements, excluding actions within the limits of generally applicable law,
- extract and make any attempts to extract the source code of the Service Platform, excluding actions within the limits of generally applicable law,
- use bots or other automated tools enabling the performance of any actions on the Service Platform without human intervention.
III. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR USING THE SERVICE PLATFORM, INCLUDING THE SERVICES
- To use the Service Platform, including the Services, it is necessary to use a device:
- equipped with a minimum of 1 GB RAM (memory),
- with a display resolution of no less than 640x960 pixels;
- displaying image,
- providing access to the public telecommunications network Internet via a connection with a bandwidth of at least 1 Mbps using one of the following browsers: Google Chrome 75, Mozilla Firefox 68, Safari 12, Microsoft Edge 40 and newer,
- providing an application for Javascript and Cookies and a programme for handling PDF files;
and additionally to use the Application:
- with Android (at least 4 last full versions, i.e. Android 14, Android 13, Android 12 or Android 11) or iOS (at least 4 last full versions, i.e. iOS 18, iOS 17, iOS 16, iOS 15);
- with access to digital distribution platforms Google Play or App Store.
- MTP provides periodic updates of the Application and informs Users about their availability during the term of the Agreement. MTP recommends that the User performs periodic updates to the Application or uses appropriate settings on the User's device.
- In the event of a technical or security need, the User is obliged to perform migration (organisational and technical activities, in particular in terms of obtaining a unique activation code, changing the current password) to the current version of the Service Platform, in accordance with the instructions provided to him/her by MTP or in accordance with the standard process of installing mobile application updates on his/her device.
- If the User fails to download and install an update to the Application or fails to perform the required migration to the current version of the Service Platform, there is a possibility of losing the use of the functionality or the entire Service Platform.
- Any irregularities in the operation of the Service Platform should be reported to the Customer Service Department.
IV. SCOPE OF SERVICES
- The services are provided by MTP and include:
- Application Services,
- GrupaMTP Services,
- SKEK 2.0. Services,
- Application Services include:
- creating and maintaining an Account in the Application and making the Application available to use its functionalities reserved for Users with an Account, making the Application available to Users without an Account to use its functionalities not reserved for Users with an Account,
- selling Tickets,
- enabling the User to contact MTP via the chat available in the Application,
- providing the possibility of using the ID.GrupaMTP Services and SKEK 2.0 Services.
- GrupaMTP Services include:
- setting up and maintaining an Account in ID.GrupaMTP,
- providing a single-sign-on system that provides Users with access to the ID.GrupaMTP Service, Application Services and SKEK 2.0 Services,
- updating User data provided by the User on the Service Platform.
- SKEK 2.0 services include:
- setting up and maintaining an Account in SKEK 2.0,
- completing and sending forms to purchase Tickets in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in SKEK 2.0. and by MTP,
- updating User data provided by the User on the Service Platform,
- providing the possibility of using the ID.GrupaMTP Services and Application Services.
- Starting to use the Services is possible after meeting the technical conditions for using the Service Platform, indicated in Section 1) of the Regulations.
- The rights and obligations related to the Services may not be transferred to a third party.
- Each Service is provided for an indefinite period of time, and the Agreement relating to it may be terminated by the User at any time by submitting a notice of termination to MTP. The termination takes effect upon receipt by MTP of the notice of termination. Upon the effective date of termination, all Agreements shall expire.
V. ACCOUNT CREATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE
- Creating an Account on each of the Service Platforms is equivalent to creating an Account on ID.GrupaMTP, which constitutes a unique identity profile in the MTP login system.
- Once the User creates an Account on any of the Service Platforms, they shall immediately be able to log in to all Service Platforms using the User's login details for one of them.
- Deleting an Account on one of the Service Platforms is equivalent to requesting the deletion of all associated Accounts on each of the Service Platforms.
- The User may create one Account per e-mail address and use the functionalities reserved for the User who has the Account under the terms specified below.
- Creating and using the Account is free of charge, except for the purchase of a Ticket in the ToBilet Shop (for which a service fee may be added to the price of the Ticket, see Section 7 of the Regulations).
- Creating an Account via the Application requires the following conditions to be met:
- downloading the Application from the App Store or Google Play (depending on the operating system of the mobile device to which the Application is downloaded), saving and running the Application on the User's mobile device,
- clicking on the 'My Account' tab in the Application and then clicking on the 'Registration' field,
- after the form appears, the User enters his/her e-mail address in the appropriate fields of the form, which shall later constitute his/her login for logging into the Account, and creates a password,
- reading the Regulations and Privacy Policy and submitting a declaration of acceptance thereof (clicking the appropriate button) – it is not possible to use the Service Platform without accepting the Regulations and Privacy Policy,
- after correctly completing the form, including accepting the Regulations and Privacy Policy, and clicking the 'Register' field, an activation code and the Regulations and Privacy Policy shall be sent to the e-mail address provided by the User,
- When the User enters the activation code, an Account is created.
- Creating an Account via the ID.GrupaMTP requires the following conditions to be met:
- entering the website: https://id.grupamtp.pl,
- clicking on the 'Login' field on the website https://id.grupamtp.pl and then 'Register',
- after the form appears, the User enters his/her e-mail address in the appropriate fields of the form, which shall later constitute his/her login for logging into the Account, and creates a password,
- reading the Regulations and Privacy Policy and submitting a declaration of acceptance thereof (checking the appropriate box in the form– it is not possible to use the Service Platform without accepting the Regulations and Privacy Policy,
- after correctly completing the form, including accepting the Regulations and Privacy Policy, and clicking the 'Register' field, an activation code and the Regulations and Privacy Policy shall be sent to the e-mail address provided by the User,
- when the User enters the activation code, an active Account is created.
- Activation codes are valid for 60 minutes from receipt of the message. If the activation code is not used within the above-mentioned period, the User shall not be able to use the Account functionalities, and the Account shall be deleted after 60 minutes from sending the Activation Code to the User.
- Creating an Account via SKEK 2.0 requires the following conditions to be met:
- entering the website – a dedicated link received from MTP,
- after the form appears, the User enters his/her e-mail address in the appropriate fields of the form, which shall later constitute his/her login for logging into the Account, and creates a password,
- reading the Regulations and Privacy Policy and submitting a declaration of acceptance thereof (clicking the appropriate button) – it is not possible to use the Service Platform without accepting the Regulations and Privacy Policy,
- after correctly completing the form, including accepting the Regulations and Privacy Policy, and clicking the 'Send Form' field, an activation code and the Regulations and Privacy Policy shall be sent to the e-mail address provided by the User,
- When the User enters the activation code, an Account is created.
- The User logs in to the Account using a login, which is the e-mail address provided by the User when creating the Account, and a password created by the User when creating the Account. After creating an Account and logging in to it, the User may complete the remaining data relevant to the given Profile by clicking the 'My Account' tab and then the 'My Profile' tab. In the case of a Basic Profile, the data are name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth and interests – providing the data are not mandatory, however, providing name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address is necessary to purchase a Ticket in the ToBilet Shop. In the case of Business Identity, the data are the company, Tax Identification Number, industry, role in the company, profession/position, address, telephone number and e-mail address – providing the data are not mandatory, but it is necessary to purchase a Ticket in the ToBilet Shop.
- The User may edit the personal data provided by him/her, as well as change the password to the Account, at any time of his/her choosing. If the User changes his/her e-mail address, the newly provided address shall be the login to the Service Platform.
- The User undertakes to provide truthful data, including personal data, to update the data if it changes, and to keep the Account password secret and not to disclose it to third parties.
- The User logged into the Account in the Application has access to the following functionalities of the Application:
- viewing news available in the Application ('News' tab),
- viewing the Events calendar ('Calendar' tab),
- viewing information about Grupa MTP ('Grupa MTP' tab),
- viewing information about Tickets available for purchase in the ToBilet Shop ('Tickets' tab or 'Calendar' tab) and enabling the User to purchase a selected Ticket in the ToBilet Shop),
- viewing and accessing purchased Tickets ('My Tickets' tab located in the 'My Account' tab),
- creating and editing a Basic Profile and Business Identity (the 'My Profile' tab located in the 'My Account' tab),
- adding and using promotional coupons ('My benefits' tab in the 'My account' tab),
- marking Events as favourites, among others, in order to receive information about these Events in the form of push notifications with the User's consent ('Calendar' tab),
- saving selected Events to the favourites list (the 'Favourite Events' tab in the 'My Account' tab),
- saving contacts and sharing business cards by scanning the QR code ('My contacts' tab located in the 'My account' tab),
- viewing the notification history ('Notification history' tab located in the 'My account' tab).
- The User logged into the Account in ID.GrupaMTP lub SKEK 2.0 has access to the following functionalities:
- creating and editing a Basic Profile and Business Identity (the 'My Profile' tab located in the 'My Account' tab),
- The User may consent to receiving push notifications about promotions, news and events via the Application. Consent to receiving push notifications about promotions, news and events is provided via an appropriate message on the screen of the User's device. The User may also consent to receiving push notifications about promotions, news and events or withdraw consent by making changes in the Application settings on their device. Consent to receiving push notifications about promotions, news and events is not a condition for using the Application, but may result in the inability to use the Application's functionalities that use push notifications. Information on the processing of Users' personal data in the event of consent to receive push notifications is included in the Privacy Policy.
- During the Account creation process and within the Profile, the User may consent to receiving information about Events marked as favourites, information about promotions, news and events (marketing consents) to the e-mail address or telephone number provided by him/her. Consent is expressed via appropriate checkboxes. The User may withdraw consent to such information via the appropriate checkboxes. Giving the above marketing consents is voluntary and is not a condition for using the Service Platform, but may result in not receiving information about promotions. More information on the processing of User's personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.
- The User may express consent to Geolocation via the Application. Consent to Geolocation is given via an appropriate message on the screen of the User's device. The User may also consent to Geolocation or withdraw consent by making changes in the Application settings on their device. Consent to Geolocation is not a condition for using the Application, but may result in the inability to use the functionalities of the Application that use Geolocation. Information on the processing of Users' personal data in the event of consent to Geolocation is included in the Privacy Policy.
- The User may create and delete an Account at any time. When the User deletes the Account, the Agreement for the provision of Services by MTP expires.
VI. SERVICE FOR SHARING THE APPLICATION WITH USERS WHO DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT
- MTP enables the User to use the following functionalities of the Application without the need to create and maintain an Account:\viewing news available in the Application ('News' tab),
- viewing the Events calendar ('Calendar' tab),
- viewing information about Tickets available for purchase in the ToBilet Shop ('Tickets' tab),
- viewing information about Grupa MTP ('Grupa MTP' tab).
- The use of the functionalities described above requires the following requirements to be met:
- downloading the Application from the App Store or Google Play (depending on the operating system of the mobile device to which the Application is downloaded), saving and running the Application on the User's mobile device,\
- reading the Regulations and Privacy Policy and submitting a declaration of acceptance thereof (clicking the appropriate button) – it is not possible to use the Application without accepting the Regulations and Privacy Policy,
- Upon fulfillment of the requirements of point 2 above, an Agreement is concluded for the provision by MTP of the Service of making the Application available to a User who does not have an Account to use it in the scope of functionalities not reserved for Users who have an Account.
- The Service of making the Application available to a User who does not have an Account to use it in the scope of functionalities not reserved for Users who have an Account is provided for an indefinite period. The related Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by the User at any time by submitting a notice of termination to MTP and additionally uninstalling the Application, which shall result in its expiry. The User may also terminate the Agreement without submitting a termination notice by uninstalling the Application.
VII. PURCHASE A TICKET IN THE TOBILET SHOP

- General Rules
- As part of the Application, MTP enables Users with an Account to purchase Tickets in the ToBilet Shop, using the public telecommunications network. For the avoidance of any doubts, MTP indicates that the Ticket purchase transaction takes place in the ToBilet Shop, which is integrated with the Application. The owner of the ToBilet Application and Shop is MTP. For the purchase of Tickets in the ToBilet Shop via the Application, a Service Fee may be added to the price of the Tickets in the amount indicated in the Application.
- The purchase of some Tickets in the ToBilet Shop is only possible for Users with a Business Identity. Information about Tickets that can be purchased in the ToBilet Shop only by Users with a company account shall be posted in the Application along with other information about the Tickets.
- Purchase of Tickets in the ToBilet Shop in the manner specified in the Regulations and ToBilet Shop Regulations shall be possible only for individuals with full legal capacity, legal persons or organisational units that are not legal persons which are granted legal capacity by the law.
- Purchase of Tickets in the ToBilet Shop
- Concluding a Ticket purchase agreement in the ToBilet Shop via the Application requires having an Account and accepting the ToBilet Shop Regulations. Without accepting the ToBilet Shop Regulations, it is not possible to conclude a Ticket purchase agreement in the ToBilet Shop via the Application.
- Te User may purchase a Ticket in the ToBilet Shop from the Application by clicking on:
1) the 'Calendar' tab or
2) the 'Tickets' tab. - In order to purchase a Ticket in the ToBilet Shop from the Application using the 'Calendar' tab, the User is obliged to:
1) launch the Application and log in to the Account,
2) click on the 'Calendar' tab,
3) select the Event of interest from among the Events available in the 'Calendar' tab,
4) after clicking on the selected Event, click on the 'BUY TICKET' field,
5) after clicking on the 'BUY TICKET' field, the User is redirected to the ToBilet Shop,
6) after entering the ToBilet Shop, the User is obliged to finalise the purchase of the Ticket, including paying for it, in accordance with the rules described in the ToBilet Shop Regulations,
7) after finalising the purchase of the Ticket in the ToBilet Shop in accordance with the rules described in the ToBilet Shop Regulations, the Ticket shall be visible in the Application in the 'My tickets' tab located in the 'My account' tab. - In order to purchase a Ticket in the ToBilet Shop from the Application using the 'Tickets' tab, the User is obliged to:
1) launch the Application and log in to the Account,
2) click on the 'Tickets' tab,
3) select the Event of interest from the Events available in the 'Tickets' tab,
4) after selecting the Event, add the selected Tickets to the cart by clicking the 'ADD TO CART' field,
5) then go to the cart and click on the 'GO TO THE TO.BILET STORE TO FINALISE THE ORDER' field,
8) after clicking on the 'GO TO THE TO.BILET STORE TO FINALISE THE ORDER' field, the User is redirected to the ToBilet Shop,
9) after entering the ToBilet Shop, the User is obliged to finalise the purchase of the Ticket, including payment, in accordance with the rules described in the ToBilet Shop Regulations,
10) after finalising the purchase of a Ticket in the ToBilet Shop in accordance with the rules described in the ToBilet Shop Regulations, the Ticket shall be visible in the Application in the 'My tickets' tab located in the 'My account' tab. - In each of the above-described cases, the Ticket purchase agreement is concluded in the ToBilet Store, under the terms and conditions specified in the ToBilet Shop Regulations. The application only redirects the User to the ToBilet Shop to finalise the purchase of Tickets.
- All issues related to the procedure for concluding a contract for the purchase of Tickets in the ToBilet Shop, the resulting rights and obligations of the User purchasing such Tickets, the right to withdraw from such a contract, and issues related to the possible return of Tickets are regulated in the ToBilet Shop Regulations.
- Tickets
- The Ticket is a document confirming the right to participate in the Event for which it was issued by the ToBilet Store.
- The number and type of Tickets for a given Event, as well as their price, depend solely on the Organisers.
- The Ticket entitles the User to participate in the event whose name appears on the Ticket and in the place indicated on the Ticket.
- Depending on the type of Event, personal or bearer Tickets are available for purchase in the ToBilet Application and Store.
- A bearer ticket allows one-time entry to the Event for the number of people indicated on the Ticket. A single Ticket entitles one person to enter the Event.
- A personal ticket entitles entry only to the person whose name and surname are indicated on the Ticket.
- If there is no information on the Ticket regarding the number of persons who may enter the Event at one time, one Ticket entitles one person to enter the Event.
- In the case of an Event with numbered seats, the Ticket entitles to occupy only the seat indicated on the Ticket. The Organiser reserves the right to change the seat indicated on the Ticket to another one in the same price category or higher, both before and during the Event, if required for safety reasons or to protect public order. The Customer shall be immediately informed of the above-mentioned circumstances.
- Tickets may be sold through the ToBilet Store with certain restrictions, including those regarding limited visibility or minimum age for participation in the Event. Any such reservations shall be posted in the Application, alongside other information about the Event to which such reservation applies.
- MTP may make available in the Application an interactive map of the Venue prepared by the Organizer in order to enable the User to select the type of Ticket. MTP reserves the right to treat the maps provided as an indicative plan of the Venue. In the event of a change in the Venue map, MTP shall immediately inform Users who have purchased Tickets in the ToBilet Store and who are affected by these changes, provided that such a change shall not result in a change in the category and type of Ticket.
- MTP hereby informs that purchasing admission tickets to artistic, entertainment or sports events for the purpose of reselling them at a profit is illegal and constitutes an offence under Article 133 of the Act of 20 May 1971, the Code of Petty Offences (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 734, as amended).
- Ticket prices
- The Ticket prices displayed within the Application are given in Polish zloty and constitute total prices, i.e. including taxes and other costs necessary to finalise the purchase of these Tickets in the ToBilet Store.
- The Organisers have the right to change offers, including prices, withdraw or introduce new offers, and conduct promotional and discount campaigns. The right referred to in the preceding sentence does not affect Tickets purchased before the date of entry into force of any of the changes. Details and duration of a given promotion can be found in the description of the given offer.
- The Organiser decides on the price of Tickets.
- Some Events may have different price categories for Tickets, depending on the type of seat selected. Such information shall be included in the Application next to the information regarding a given Event.
- The Organiser may provide various categories of Tickets for a given Event, including standard and discount Tickets, single-entry Tickets and passes. Such information shall be included in the Application next to the information regarding a given Event.
- During the Ticket sale period, the number of Tickets available for purchase may be increased or decreased by the Organiser.
- The Application may include discount coupons that reduce the gross price of Tickets indicated by MTP. Discount coupons may be valid for the entire sales period of the Tickets concerned or only for a specific period. MTP may specify the maximum number of Tickets for which discount coupons may be applied.
VIII. CHAT SERVICE
- As part of the Application, MTP enables Users who have an Account to chat with MTP.
- To send a message to MTP via chat, the User should enter the message content into the designated button and click the 'START CHAT' button.
- Upon receiving a message from the User via chat, MTP shall also respond to the User via chat.
- The use of bots or other automated ICT tools that enable communication with MTP via chat without human intervention is prohibited.
- The User may discontinue correspondence with MTP via chat at any time.
IX. LICENCE TO USE THE APPLICATION
- Upon installation of the Application on the User's mobile device, MTP grants the User a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable licence to use the Application.
- The User is entitled to use the Application only to the extent necessary to use the Services provided by MTP via the Application, in the following fields of use:
- entering the Application into the memory of the User's mobile device on which the Application is downloaded,
- displaying and browsing the Application on the screen of the User's mobile device on which the Application is downloaded.
- The User is not entitled to distribute the Application or make it available in any way beyond the scope of permitted use resulting from legal provisions.
- The User is obliged to use the Application in accordance with the Regulations.
- The licence to use the Application expires upon uninstallation of the Application from the User's mobile device. The application as a whole, as well as its individual elements, is the subject of the exclusive intellectual property rights of MTP.
X. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
- MTP has the right to terminate the Agreement only in the event of a material breach by the User of the provisions of these Regulations.
- In particular, the following are considered a material breach:
- User actions that are contrary to applicable law, good customs or principles of social coexistence, performed as part of the use of the Service,
- activities that threaten the IT security of the Service or other Users (e.g. unauthorised access attempts, introduction of malicious software),
- failure to perform the necessary updates to the Application or to migrate to a new version of the Service Platform,
- providing false or untrue identification data that prevents the implementation of the provisions of the Agreement or MTP's legal obligations.
- If a significant violation is detected, MTP shall take the following steps:
- MTP shall first request the User to cease the infringements and, if possible, to remove them, setting an appropriate deadline for this purpose (no shorter than 7 days). This request is sent electronically to the User's e-mail address.
- If the deadline expires without effect or if the violation is irreversible or poses a direct threat to the security of the system, MTP has the right to terminate the Service Agreement (delete the Account) with immediate effect (without notice).
- The declaration of termination of the Agreement must be sent to the User to the e-mail address provided in the User Account or in writing.
- Upon termination of the Agreement, the User's access to the Account is irreversibly blocked, and the Service Provider is entitled to delete the Account and remove the User's data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
XI. LIABILITY
- In connection with the provision of the Services, MTP shall be liable on the general principles set out in the Civil Code.
- MTP reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the Service Platform for technical reasons, including for the purposes of maintenance or the need to repair a failure. Information in this regard shall be posted on the appropriate Service Platform.
- Neither MTP nor the User shall be liable to each other for failure to perform or improper performance of any obligations under these Regulations to the extent caused by Force Majeure.
- None of the provisions of the Regulations shall limit the rights of a User who is a Consumer or a Sole Entrepreneur, which he or she is entitled to under the law.

XIII. OUT-OF-COURT METHODS OF SETTLING COMPLAINTS AND SEEKING CLAIMS
- Each User has the right to file a complaint regarding matters related to the functioning of the Service Platform and the provision of Services by MTP.
- Complaints may be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address: Kontakt@Id.grupamtp.pl or in writing by registered mail to the following address: Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Głogowska 10, 60-734 Poznań.
- The entity responsible for handling the complaint shall be MTP.
- The complaint shall be considered by MTP without delay, no later than within 14 days of receipt. The expiry of the aforementioned time limit shall not cause the claims to expire, and shall not affect the User's right to pursue any claims in court or out of court proceedings.
- MTP recommends that the User includes in the complaint description:
- information about the circumstances relating to the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the irregularity,
- description of the claim,
- contact details;
- Information about the consideration of the complaint shall be sent to the User to the e-mail address provided by him or her or in another manner indicated by the User.
- Regardless of whether MTP accepts or rejects a complaint submitted by a User, the Consumer may use out-of-court methods of complaint handling and pursuing claims. In particular, the Consumer may seek assistance from consumer organizations and municipal or district consumer ombudsmen. Detailed information on the possibility for the Consumer to use extrajudicial methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims as well as the rules of access to these procedures are available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: uokik.gov.pl.
XIV. PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES
- The data controller, as defined in Art. 4 sec. 7 of the GDPR, is MTP. MTP processes Users' personal data for the purpose of providing Services, in particular to enable Users to use the Service Portal, ensure its functionality, and conclude and perform agreements with Users as data subjects, based on Art. 6 sec. 1 item b of the GDPR.
- MTP may also process Users' personal data based on:
- 6 sec. 1 item a) of the GDPR, i.e. Users' voluntary consent for purposes specified each time in the respective consent clause;
- 6 sec. 1 item c) of the GDPR, i.e. compliance with legal obligations imposed on MTP in connection with the provision of Services, such as accounting and User service;
- 6 sec. 1 item f) of the GDPR, i.e. MTP’s legitimate interest, which includes analysis, improvement, and enhancement of the functionality of the Service Portal, as well as the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
- MTP collects certain information automatically using cookies and similar technologies when Users access the Service Portal. Such collected information may include: browser type, operating system, visited URLs, language, country, and actions performed by Users while using the Service Portal. This information may allow for User identification, thereby constituting personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 sec. 1 of the GDPR.
- Users have the right to request from MTP access to their personal data, rectification or erasure of the data, or restriction of their processing. Additionally, they have the right to object to the data processing and to data portability. If personal data are processed based on Users' voluntary consent, Users have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Moreover, Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that their data are processed in violation of the GDPR.

XV. AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATIONS
- MTP may amend the Regulations, when at least one of the following important reasons occur (closed list):
- changing the conditions of using the Services, not worsening the situation of the User in comparison with the previous one;
- changing the scope of Services provided by MTP,
- the need to update MTP's data specified in the Regulations;
- changing the way of using the Service Platform or providing Services related to the emergence of new functionalities or the removal of existing functionalities,
- modifications to legal provisions that regulate the conduct of business by MTP or that affect the rights and obligations of MTP and Users,
- issuing a judgement or decision that may affect the conduct of business by MTP and, consequently, the rights and obligations of MTP and Users,
- changing the way the Service Platform operates or Services are provided, resulting from objective and independent reasons of technical or technological nature.
- MTP shall notify about changes to the Regulations by publishing a new version of the Regulations on the Service Platform, unless otherwise provided for in applicable law or a decision of an authority or court. In the case of Users who have an Account, information about changes to the Regulations shall be sent to the User's e-mail address.
- The amendment to the Regulations is binding if the amended Regulations have been delivered to the User and the User has not terminated the Agreement for the provision of a given Service by MTP within 30 days from the date of receipt of information about the amendment to the Regulations or if the User has accepted the content of the Regulations in their new wording on the Service Platform.
XVI. FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Regulations are binding from 16 December 2025.
- These Regulations shall be governed by Polish law. This provision shall not apply to Consumers and Sole Traders.
- Any disputes arising out of or connected with the Agreement, including its performance and interpretation, shall be settled by a common court of law competent for the registered office of MTP. This provision shall not apply to Consumers and Sole Traders.
- None of the provisions of the Regulations limit the Consumer's or Sole Trader's rights under the law, including the right to terminate the Agreement. If a provision is found to exist that limits the aforementioned rights, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1796, as amended).
- MTP shall not apply the code of good practices referred to in the Act of 23 August 2007 on counteracting unfair market practices (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 845, as amended).
- In accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024 (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 928), MTP has introduced the 'Procedure for Reporting Internal Breaches of Law in force at Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie sp. z o.o.' and enables the reporting of irregularities and violations of the law identified in cooperation with MTP, both openly and anonymously, via the email address naruszeniaprawa@grupamtp.pl. The 'Breaches of Law' tab available on the website www.grupamtp.pl contains information about the rules used by MTP to process reports.
Privacy Policy of the Service Platform of Grupa MTP
Version effective from 16 December 2025.
I. Who processes the personal data of Service Platform Users?
- The controller of the personal data of the Service Platform Users is Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as MTP) with its registered office in Poznań at 10 Głogowska Street, 60-734 Poznań, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 777-00-00-488, Business ID (Regon): 004870933, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000202703, with the share capital of PLN 434 256 000.00. In matters of personal data processing, users can contact the data protection officer designated by MTP: Wiesław Pernak iod@grupamtp.pl.
- MTP is committed to protecting personal data of Users from being disclosed to unauthorised persons, from being taken by an unauthorised person, from being processed in violation of applicable laws and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed, and to respecting the privacy of every person whose personal data it processes.
- MTP processes personal data in compliance with the requirements of generally applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR, OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1-88).
- Capitalised terms in the Privacy Policy should have the meaning specified in the MTP Group Service Platform Regulations.
- In this Privacy Policy, MTP defines the principles of processing and protection of Users' personal data. The Policy regulates:
- types of personal data collected by MTP in connection with offering and administering the Service Platform,
- the use of the personal data,
- the rights of Users in connection with the processing of their personal data by MTP,
- categories of entities to which MTP provides the personal data,
- measures for the protection and security of the personal data,
- method of contact regarding the implementation of the rights of persons whose data are processed by MTP,
- the means and methods used by MTP to protect personal data,
- information about cookies.
II. How we obtain personal data of Service Platform Users?
- MTP collects Users’ personal data primarily directly from Users when they use the Service Platform, in particular in connection with setting up an Account on the Service Platform. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, but failure to provide such data shall prevent:
- Using the Application, including those based on solutions using Geolocation;
- Using ID.GrupaMTP;
- Using SKEK 2.0;
- Conclusion of the Agreement, in particular the sale of Tickets for events via the Application;
- Receiving by Users marketing messages and content from MTP and Grupa MTP;
- Implementation of other processing purposes listed in point IV of the Privacy Policy.
- MTP obtains personal data of Users, in particular in the scope of:
- information used to create an Account (e-mail address);
- Geolocation;
- in connection with the purchase of Tickets for events via the Application – first name, last name, residential/stay/correspondence/business address, e-mail and telephone number or data required for issuing a VAT invoice (such as NIP, REGON);
- data of Users necessary for performing the contract concluded with MTP and fulfilling legal obligations of MTP;
- data provided by the User (e.g. added in the Profile, including Business Identity) and content (such as preferences regarding services offered by MTP).
III. How are Service Platform Users' personal data processed?
- MTP provides:
- control over the type and scope of processed personal data of Users, the period and method of processing, as well as the persons authorised to process the data;
- appropriate administrative, technical and physical protection of Users' personal data against accidental, unlawful or unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.
- processing of Users' personal data in accordance with the law;
- obtaining Users’ personal data for specified, lawful purposes and not subjecting it to further processing incompatible with those purposes;
- storing personal data in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing;
- processing of Users’ personal data that are substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
- Access to Users’ personal data are available to: MTP, its employees, associates and persons providing services on its behalf, authorised in writing. Access to Users’ personal data by the above-mentioned persons takes place solely for the purpose and to the extent specified by MTP in connection with the provision of services using the Service Platform.
IV. What is the purpose of processing of personal data of Users?
MTP processes Users’ personal data for the following purposes:
- providing Services or performing Agreements and other Services offered by MTP, administering them and informing about them by MTP; in the case of processing the personal data of a User at whose request steps were taken to conclude an Agreement with MTP or to perform an Agreement concluded with him/her pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR; in the case of obtaining the User's personal data for purposes related to the performance of a specific agreement, MTP provides the User with detailed information regarding the processing of his/her personal data at the time of concluding such an Agreement;
- Geolocation, to determine the physical location of the User using technologies such as GPS, mobile networks or IP address. Geolocation allows for the geographical identification of the User and the provision of personalised information, advertisement and offers of services and products depending on his/her location on the premises of MTP based on the User’s voluntary consent expressed via the device on which the Application is installed (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR);
- sending information regarding promotions, news and events of MTP and Grupa MTP (depending on the content of the consent clause for marketing communications – respectively via e-mail, text message, telephone call) based on the User’s voluntary consent expressed when creating an Account or using the Service Platform (Article 6, section 1, letter f of the GDPR, Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Law – Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1221, as amended);
- processing of personal data in the scope of storing personal data on the Service Platform that is not necessary for the provision of Services within the Service Platform and has been voluntarily provided by the User (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR),
- receiving push notifications in the Application regarding information on promotions, news and events, based on the User’s voluntary consent expressed via the device on which the Application is installed (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR);
- fulfilling legal obligations of MTP arising from regulations governing the provision of services or MTP's operations, as well as consumer service, accounting and tax regulations (based on art. 6, par. 1 (c) of the GDPR);
- handling electronic and traditional correspondence, telephone contacts, which constitutes the legitimate interest of MTP (based on: art. 6 sec. 1 (f) of the GDPR); in the case of contacting MTP by telephone, in matters unrelated to the services provided by MTP or another agreement concluded with MTP, MTP may request the provision of personal data only if it is necessary to handle the matter to which the telephone contact relates, which constitutes the legitimate interest of MTP (based on: art. 6, sec. 1(f) of the GDPR);
- assessing risks and improving MTP’s operations, in particular in connection with the administration of the Service Platform (including the development of the Services provided, communication management, analysis and improvement of the Services provided by it), which constitutes a legitimate interest of MTP under art. 6, sec. 1(f) of the GDPR;
- as required by law or in connection with pending legal proceedings or in connection with a request from a public authority, providing access to information held by the Hotel Operator, which constitutes a legitimate interest of MTP within the meaning of Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR and, in the event of a request from an authorised public authority, complying with a legal obligation imposed on MTP (art. 6 sec. 1(c) of the GDPR);
- ensuring compliance of processing with personal data protection regulations and internal MTP regulations in this respect, which constitutes a legitimate interest of MTP within the meaning of art. 6 par. 1(f) of the GDPR.
V. How long does MTP store the personal data of Service Platform Users?
- Personal data shall be stored by MTP for the period necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes, in particular to provide Services using the Service Platform, but no longer than it is required by generally applicable laws. The period of personal data storage by MTP depends on the basis and purpose of the processing. MTP shall always inform Users about the storage period before obtaining their personal data or during this process.
- MTP indicates that the storage periods of personal data processed by MTP and Grupa MTP shall be as follows:
- for direct marketing purposes, until objection to the processing of such data are submitted;
- on the basis of consent to the processing of the data, until the consent is withdrawn;
- in connection with cookies and similar technologies, until these files are deleted using browser or device settings and the User objects to their processing;
- in order to fulfil obligations arising from generally applicable laws (e.g. to issue an invoice), for the period required by such laws, e.g. accounting and tax law.
- for the purpose of providing Services, including Ticket sales via the Application, until MTP is able to determine, defend or enforce claims – in accordance with the generally applicable limitation periods.
- MTP is entitled to delete Users' personal data that are not necessary to provide the Services, i.e. data voluntarily provided by the User in the period earlier than the one specified in points 1 and 2 above, in the event of a change in the terms of providing the Services, a change in the manner of using the Service Platform or providing the Services related to the emergence of new functionalities or the removal of existing functionalities, a change in the manner of functioning of the Service Platform or providing the Services, resulting from objective and independent reasons of a technical or technological nature.
VI. With whom are the personal data of Service Platform Users shared?
- MTP shall not share, sell or disclose in any other way collected personal data, except for situations described in the Privacy Policy or when it results from generally applicable provisions of law.
- MTP may transfer Users' personal data to service providers acting on its behalf, in particular to electronic, accounting, legal, courier and postal service providers related to the Services provided by MTP.
- MTP requires these service providers to maintain a high degree of privacy and security of the personal data processed by them on behalf of MTP
- For user convenience and in order to provide additional information, the Application may contain links to websites administered by entities independent of MTP, e.g. event organisers, social media administrators. These entities may have separate privacy clauses or policies. MTP encourages Users to read their content. With respect to any websites linked at the Application that are not owned or controlled by MTP, MTP shall be not responsible for their content, the User's use of these sites, or the privacy policies applicable to them.
- The Application may contain links to social networking sites Facebook and Instagram. Clicking on the appropriate icon – logo of a given social networking site shall redirect the User to a site administered by Meta as the administrator of the Facebook and Instagram social networking sites. Meta is a personal data administrator separate from MTP. MTP encourages users to familiarise themselves with the privacy policy adopted by Meta. Transferring personal data to Meta Inc. is possible without the need to obtain additional permits or use legal instruments such as standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules, as the above entities have joined the 'EU-US Data Privacy Framework' and are included in the following list: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/s/participant-search.
VII. What are the rights of Service Platform Users in connection with the processing of their personal data?
- Within the limits of legal provisions, the User has the right to access his/her personal data, specifically as a form of control over the processing of his/her personal data by MTP, in particular to obtain information on the purpose, scope and method of data processing.
- Within the limits of legal provisions, the User also has the right to make changes, supplement, correct and update his/her personal data processed by MTP.
- Within the limits of legal provisions, the User also has the right to request the deletion of his/her personal data processed by MTP.
- If the processing of personal data are based on the User's consent, the User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of his or her personal data by reporting this to MTP in any manner. in such situations, MTP shall comply with the decision of the User with respect to future activities, which means that the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent;
- The User has the right – in cases provided for by law – to request that MTP limits the processing of his/her personal data.
- For reasons related to the specific situation of the User and within the limits of the law, the User shall have the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data by MTP based on the implementation of its legitimate interest.
- Within the limits of the law, the User shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her that he/she has provided to MTP in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit this personal data to another controller without hindrance from MTP. However, MTP shall do this only if such a transfer is technically feasible. The right to transfer the User's personal data may be used only for the data that MTP processes on the basis of the agreement with the User or on the basis of the data subject's consent.

- If the User considers that the processing of his/her personal data by MTP violates the law, the User may file a complaint with the supervisory authority; in the case of the Republic of Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
VIII. Are cookies used in connection with the use of the Service Platform?
- Cookies are used in connection with the User's use of the Service Platform. Cookies contain little information and are downloaded to your computer or other device by the server that runs the Service Platform. The User's device sends them back to the Service Platform each time the User uses it, allowing the server to recognise the User and remember his/her preferences (visits or previous actions). However, cookies may collect information about the User (e.g. language, country and previously viewed pages) each time the Service Platform is used.
- MTP processes with the use of cookies such information as: data of the User's browser or device, which enables the smooth functioning of the Service Platform and its modifications.
- Cookies are processed based on the User's consent or on the basis of MTP's legitimate interest. By clicking 'Accept all cookies', the User consents to the placement of the cookies described above on his/her computer or other device on which the Service Platforms are installed. Consent to the processing of cookies is voluntary. The User consents to the use of cookies by MTP in connection with the use of the Service Platform, as well as to the processing of the User's personal data contained in these files as part of using the Service Platform by the User.
- Users may withdraw their consent at any time by using the appropriate cookie preference settings. However, deleting or blocking cookies may affect the way of using the Service Platform, as some areas may become unavailable. Information on how to modify browser settings, block and filter cookies can be found at:
. If the User does not consent to the storage of these files, it is necessary to change the web browser settings accordingly. It is possible to disable the saving of cookies for all connections from a given browser or for a specific website, as well as to delete them. - The duration of cookie validity may vary depending on the specific cookie, its type and website settings. Are cookies used in connection with the use of the Service Platform?

Session cookies - stored on the User's device only during one session of using the Service Platform and automatically deleted after leaving the Service Platform or closing the browser. Session cookies enable the User's login sessions and other temporary information to be remembered; session cookies are mainly technical in nature;

Persistent cookies - stored on the User's device for a specified period of time, even after the Service Platform is closed. The validity period of persistent cookies can be several days, weeks, months or even years, depending on the settings of the website and its purpose. These cookies include analytical and marketing cookies.

Technical cookies – i.e. cookies necessary for the proper operation of the Service Platform. Technical cookies ensure that the Service Platform functions properly on the User's device and also allow the User's consent to display individual content within the Service Platform to be remembered.
- Marketing cookies – i.e. cookies used to personalise advertisement and offers, i.e. (based on the collected information about the User's activity on the Service Platform, the User receives information about products or services that interest him/her. The installation of these cookies on the User's device requires the User's consent;
